What to ExpecT
1-Hour Mat Pilates Session with TONED by Tia
Begin with a full-body mat Pilates workout focused on core engagement, balance, flexibility, and controlled strength—intentionally designed to prep your body for time on the court.
Tia is an Atlanta-based Pilates instructor known for helping women feel strong, confident, and empowered through mindful movement. During the week, she teaches reformer Pilates at Jetset Pilates in Alpharetta and mat Pilates at Carbon Performance in West Midtown.
1-Hour Tennis Lesson with a Pro
Following Pilates, head to the courts for an energizing tennis session led by a certified professional. Expect engaging drills, technique refinement, and plenty of movement—welcoming both beginners and intermediate players.
