This year, the Ladies Athletic Club is showing up in unity for the Run Atlanta 404 Day 5K — an official kickoff to Atlanta’s 404 Day Celebration at Underground Atlanta.

We’re stepping into the citywide energy together — all black, moving in formation, and representing the power of women in motion. This 5K isn’t just about the miles; it’s about community, culture, and showing up with presence alongside Atlanta’s larger 404 Day festivities.

⏰ Race Start: 9:00 AM (8:00 AM check-in)
After the finish line, the celebration continues with the 404 Day Festival, parade, music, and block party energy throughout the day.

All attendees must register directly through the official Run Atlanta 404 Day 5K registration page in order to participate in the race. Registration for this event is separate from any Ladies Athletic Club events. You must secure your own race entry to run with us.
