Her Wellness Era

A Morning of Movement, Mimosas & Women’s Health

Saturday, September 26 | 10:00 AM–1:00 PM
Bobby Jones Golf Course

Step into Her Wellness Era—a refreshing morning dedicated to movement, meaningful connection, and the conversations every woman deserves to have about her health.

Join the Ladies Athletic Club of Atlanta for an intentional morning of wellness beginning with a guided stretch followed by a scenic community walk. Move your body, enjoy the outdoors, and connect with fellow women before transitioning into an intimate wellness breakfast.

Following the walk, we’ll gather for mimosas and a yogurt parfait buffet while joining Dr. Michelle Cooke of Sol Direct Primary Care for an empowering conversation about women’s health, with a special focus on hormonal health, perimenopause, menopause, preventative care, and navigating the changes our bodies experience throughout every era of womanhood.

What to wear: We encourage attendees to wear shades of pink and white

The Morning

Meet Dr. Michelle Cooke

A Spelman College graduate and Morehouse School of Medicine–trained physician, Dr. Michelle Cooke has dedicated her career to improving the health and well-being of women, with a particular commitment to serving and advocating for Black women.

Dr. Cooke is board certified by the National Board of Physicians & Surgeons and a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner. Her approach blends evidence-based medicine with lifestyle interventions to help women better understand their bodies and take an active role in their long-term health.

She has also been recognized as an Atlanta Magazine Top Doctor.

At Her Wellness Era, Dr. Cooke will create space for the kind of honest conversations women often wish they could have more openly—from hormones and menopause to prevention, lifestyle and what we should be asking our physicians.

Move for your body. Learn for your health. Connect for your well-being.

Welcome to Her Wellness Era.
