Start off with Cardio-Fun, Upper, Lower & Core Body Strengthening
Fun Drills and a Friendly Ball Hitting Competition at the end. Winners get Prizes!!!
Your Choice of 3 Delicious, Thirst Quenching Tropical Smoothies
End the Night with a Tasty, Catered, Tropical Meal, while Discussing Rules of a Tennis Match, Score Keeping, Court Etiquette and more!
