On November 14, the Ladies Athletic Club of Atlanta and LoV Studios are coming together to create an intimate experience exclusively for our LACA sisters.
From 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, we will move, sip, glow, laugh, and connect in a beautiful space designed to leave every woman feeling refreshed, confident, and cared for. ✨🌿

• Your choice of an all levels Pilates or yoga class
• An intimate studio experience with only 10 ladies per class
