Event Description
Serve with Intention is a refreshing tennis experience designed to help you play better, feel better, and reset—on and off the court. This two-hour Tennis x Luxe Mind session blends on-court coaching, intentional movement, recovery, and practical mindset tools to support confident, sustainable performance without burnout.

Renee Darden, President of the Luxe Mind Circle, will lead an emotional reset workshop, “Burnout-Proofing Your Mind,” offering simple, effective strategies you can use both on the court and in everyday life.

What to Expect

  • Coach-led tennis lesson

  • Emotional regulation workshop

  • Guided journaling session (journal included to take home)

  • Brunch buffet: French toast, eggs, bacon, breakfast potatoes, fresh fruit, and mimosas
